What an amazing motivational tool! It's such fun! My daughter had lost her interest in swimming lessons and was stuck in the same class for ages. We used the ladder of achievement to get to the goal of swim one full length without stopping. She went on to set her own swimming goals to get stronger and better and now loves her swimming again :)
